This ensures key performance measures are maintained. Proactive real time process alerts escalate issues as they occur and reduce the likelihood of an incident cycle. Any data visible to the Javelin service request application can be evaluated by metrics and either used for process management (changing fulfilment conditions or exception handling paths) or reporting through web-based, real time dashboards.

These capabilities ensure that service levels can be tailored to individual clients. They also mean the system manages to these service levels (as opposed to being a reporting function).
